Product Information

Please store our products at room temperature, dry place. 

Timeless Forever® products are made from ingredients that are found in natural food. There are also no added preservatives. There are no known side effects from consuming this product. However, it is still advisable for pregnant and lactating mothers to consult their physicians before taking this Product.

Timeless Forever® Products are researched and/or produced in Singapore.

Orders

Amendments or cancellations can’t be made once your order’s been confirmed!

We always want to make sure your order’s delivered to you as quickly as possible, so it’s sent for processing as soon as we confirm it.

We apologise that returns and exchanges are not allowed, unless an incorrect item was delivered.

We’re incredibly sorry for the mix-up!

Let us fix this for you – please drop us a message here within 30 days from the date of delivery with the following information:

  1. Your Order Reference
  2. The product name of the item you ordered.
  3. The product name of the item you received

Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible on the next steps to take.

For incorrect item/s received, please make sure they are unopened with the sticker labels intact.

Shipping & Delivery

FREE delivery with minimum $100 nett spend. A delivery charge of $8.56 will be applied to orders below $100.

You may receive your order within 3 – 5 business days.

Due to overwhelming demand, Pre-orders can take up to 60 days to be fulfilled. Our dedicated staff will be in contact with you once your purchase is ready. 

Unfortunately, we only sell our products within Singapore. You may visit timelesspharma.com to check out the Timeless authorised distributors for the country you’re from.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final and we do not accept exchanges.

 

Should there be a need to return your purchase, we will accept returns on orders placed 30 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a return, the product has to be unused and unopened in the original condition and packaging. are not valid for returns. Contact us at Enquiry@miverse.com with your order number and let us know what went wrong. 

 

Your refund will only be processed once we have received and reviewed the product for its eligibility. Kindly note that all delivery charges will be borne by the customer. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank statements.  

 

(We will refund the full amount of your purchase, excluding shipping and discounts applied.)
